עבודות האדמה שנאסרו מדרבנן, כשניכר שהם נעשים שלא לצורך עבודת הקרקע והכשרתו, אלא למטרות אחרות – מותר לעשותם בשמיטה, וכגון:
* המלקט עצים ואבנים מתוך שדה חבירו, ניכר הדבר שלצורכו הוא מלקט ולא לצורך הכשר קרקע חבירו – על כן מותר/
